Agreed, ‘Starship Pinky’ is a strange name for a bike.
It seems perfectly normal to a ten-year-old, though, and that’s what my daughter named it when she got it for her birthday.
It’s a Norco Six, powder-coated in hot pink, with DNM 100mm air forks. The drivetrain is Shimano 8sp, with super-short 140mm cranks.
The wheels are 6-spoke alloys that look great (but weighed a ton). I was a very popular Dad 🙂
Starship Pinky has since moved to Canberra, where she’s probably tearing up the trails right now.
